Here's what to expect after you place an order with LODE.

Made to order

Each piece is produced specifically for your order. Please allow a short production window before your item ships — typically 2–5 business days to make, followed by transit time.

Shipping times

• Production: 2–5 business days
• US delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Total time from order to doorstep is usually 5–12 business days. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays or peak periods.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. We may run free-shipping promotions from time to time — join our list to hear about them first.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like a piece, email us and we'll see what's possible.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we can't cover reshipping costs for an address entered incorrectly.
